Why we built iCustomer.
The relationship between brands and their audiences fundamentally changed.
Amazon, Netflix, and Spotify rewrote the rules. Personalization is not a delight anymore, it is the floor. Audiences expect every brand to know who they are, what they care about, and where they spend their time. Campaign-cycle marketing, quarterly pushes, batch segments, post-hoc reports, was built for a generation that no longer exists.
Yet the data infrastructure for the new generation is barely activated.
For more than a decade, brands invested billions in CDPs, data warehouses, identity tools, and reverse ETL to own their first-party data.
